Paper Presentation Guidelines and Instructions

For All Presenters:

  • Contact your session chair 5 minutes before your session begins.
  • Only authors may present their papers.

    Oral Presentations:

  • Invited Papers: 20 minutes total.
  • Regular Papers: 15 minutes total.
  • Projectors will be provided.

    Poster Presentations:

  • You will have a 1m x 1m board.
  • Use large, clear text so it can be read from a distance.
  • Set up your poster before the session and be present for its entire duration. HERE you can download and edit template for your presentation
